Formal Qualification of the Company EGST, s.r.o. for Performance of Design and Assembly Works:

1. Existence of the legal entity – company EGST, s.r.o., recorded in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, Insert 12397, according to the Commercial Code, No. 513/1991Coll.
2. Trade licences (trade licence certificates) – the so-called free trades, according to the Trades Licensing Act, No. 356/1999 Coll.:
   • production, installation and repair of electric machines and equipment,
   • electric equipment designing,
   • production, installation and repair of electronic equipment,
   • assembly and repair of selected electric equipment.
3. Authorization for assembly, repair and maintenance of selected electric equipment of all voltage levels in A category buildings issued by the Technical Inspection Institute Prague (ITI).
4. Authorization to design technological parts of structures issued by ČKAIT – Czech Chamber of Chartered Engineers and Technicians in Investment Construction.
5. Certification under ISO 9000 for the entire scope of the company activities (procurement, warehousing, production, assembly, service, designing, trading, work organization).
